From building owner Huck Hensley:

"This space previously had the original epoxy-coated concrete floor that cars drove on to be serviced inside the old Ford garage.

What is now an office lobby needed a durable, attractive low-maintenance floor. We sought a material to complement the exposed wood ceiling and rough-sawn plywood walls. We had good experience with cork flooring upstairs in the hallway.

We chose this 12" X 24" cork tile. It looks great, and as a bonus, makes the lobby quieter."
